The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 11.2.5 is available.
Green Champion Tree - Reduced Costs

I didn't see this documented in the 11.0.0 patch notes, but good news: several of the stars in the green Champion Point tree have been reduced in cost! Here are the ones I've noticed so far. it is possible there are more -- please share here if you noticed any others!
Cutpurse's Art: 75 -> 25
Gifted Rider: 100 -> 50
Liquid Efficiency: 75 -> 50
