Lightning Splash and morphs are not proc'ing Kazpian's Cruel Signet despite being AOE Direct Damage and buffed by the Biting Aura (aoe damage), and Master-at-Arms (direct damage) CP stars.

Edit: Boneyard meets the same conditions and appears to be similarly bugged and not procing the set.

The new Tank set Perfected Dolorous reduces your Stamina Recovery to 0 when its procced (tooltip doesn't say that there's any penalty for it, but in char screen Stam Rec is 0).

Tested casting Stamina abilities while bracing - Stamina Recovery is definitely disabled/not working

Blocking with a stamina weapon normally reduces your stamina regen to zero.

I can't put enchants on any of my tide-born pieces be it from the containers from character creation or pieces that I crafted myself. I've tried it on both bound and unbound pieces while being in my inventory and equipped. Is there something I need to do to make this bug go away?

Tremorscale monster helm is supposed to scale off higher of my spell or physical resists

I have multiple light armor pieces so my spell resist is naturally higher than my physical resist, I would like to use spell resist potions to get full value out of tremor with this setup.

Using armor pot increases the pen value gained from tremor (armor passes spell resist value and increases tremor's pen based off armor)
Using spell resist pot does not increases the pen value gained from tremor (spell resist is higher and increased further, but the increased amount from the potion does not change tremor value)
Using spell resist + armor resist pot increases the pen value gained from tremor (spell resist is higher, and offers full value from tremor more-so than using just resistance potion even though the spell resistance is the exact same)

with potion passives to get 47.6 seconds of potion duration and using 1 spell resist pot into 1 armor pot
grants me 2.6 seconds of increased pen value for tremor based off the higher of the 2 which would be my spell resist, when those 2.6 seconds from the spell resist potion are up it takes the new higher amount from my physical resistance for less than the amount granted while having both up.

So for some reason the resistance pots work but only when physical resist potion is active.

Using the duo resist pot when my spell resistance is naturally higher results in higher pen value then just using the armor resist potion which makes sense.

TLDR; The issue is the spell resistance potion by itself not actually increasing the pen value gained by tremorscale

Reason for not just using the duo potion since those are working properly is that those potions do not have a resource return/recovery for duration. The armor pot has stam + major endurance, and spell resist has mag + major intellect.

Monolith of Storms' damage is not buffed by Grave Lord's Sacrifice or Rapid Rot.
But similar class sets such as Pyrebrand are correctly buffed by Grave Lord's Sacrifice and Rapid Rot.
