@ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom I have been a very dedicated player for almost 10 years now. I have spent thousands and thousands of hours and dollars on the only game I like to play. I made a mistake by saying something that if a person (in private chat) were to do it would be against TOS. The person I was talking to was complaining about the game and saying only old people play it which I said that is wrong. He kept going on about it and to get him to stop I made that suggestion, after that he kept going on so I blocked him. I could see a harsh warning or even a temp ban but to take a part of my heart, and Soul and friends for saying something which was not violent or hate speech seems to be very excessive especially since I have never been a trouble maker. Is there something I could do to at least get a second chance? 10 years with 0 warnings seems like a good track record and for suggesting to someone seems a bit harsh. Also some of what I said about the value of my account was not even realistic, I just wanted him gone and to quit talking to me. TBH I do not have a photographic memory quite the opposite unfortunately.
Please help me with this there is not better game out there and is not looking like there will, I have not really RL friends the only friends I have in this game which also helps greatly with my severe depression and anxiety, my back is broke so I can't go and do much I take pain meds for my back which really mess me up and I know that is not an excuse but had I not been on them I most likely would have just ignored the person. I don't play any games besides this one and it is a huge part of life. If there is no hope of getting my account back I don't know what I will do.. Should I keep appealing it, or is it a lost cause?
