Still waiting on that access code email. Or for someone to respond to my ticket. Or for someone to change my email address associated with my account. Or for someone at customer support to answer my phone call. It's ridiculous that your premium customer support can't get back to me, especially when the money for the game (+5 day early access I'm never going to get back) has been drawn out of my account, but I still can't access the game because for some reason you can't send me a code. Even though all of your other emails reach me just fine.
