No Access Code Email

Still waiting on that access code email. Or for someone to respond to my ticket. Or for someone to change my email address associated with my account. Or for someone at customer support to answer my phone call. It's ridiculous that your premium customer support can't get back to me, especially when the money for the game (+5 day early access I'm never going to get back) has been drawn out of my account, but I still can't access the game because for some reason you can't send me a code. Even though all of your other emails reach me just fine.

    Their overblown cheeriness in all the emails I've seen posted in here is irritating as heck. I can't stand that at the best of times, but from support when you're already annoyed... Argh. I hope you can all get in soon.

    No access code in my e-mail either...wtf is going, everyday it's something new. No explorer's pack (2 days back they said it's a known issue but still nothing), maintenance during european player's prime time and now this. Are you trying to make people stop playing TESO on purpose?

    Sorry for my rage but it's getting really frustrating.

    I had the issue resolved. I finally got in contact with someone from Zenimax and they changed my Yahoo email account I had attached to the account to a Gmail account that I made and I ended up getting the access code (Which only took an hour to arrive for some reason...) It's kinda silly that you just can't change your own email address and need to have one of their support do it for you. The number I called was 1-855-296-3170. I kinda find it stupid that they also don't post their phone number anywhere.

    Zenimax, did you know not everyone gets their e-mail within 10 minutes after it's been sent? I' ve been waiting for 2 x 10 minutes, still no code, and yes, it is the right e-mail adress.

    Same here for both my wifes account and mine, every time we try to log in we get the ACCESS CODE crap and no email ever shows up... this is beyond a joke! I am pulling my subscription if this is not resolved SOON!

    Why is this not resolved yet? New player here who could finally afford the game, both my husband and I got the game and subscription...he can play but I can't because I'm waiting for an access code.

    I'm all for better security, but your players are suffering for it. Emails are not coming through (I have received other emails from ESO, like the purchase confirmation, so I know I'm checking the right one).

    Much appreciated @ZOS_PierreL. I was contacted this morning by someone but they said an account specialist would have to help me because I have to change my email address. Unfortunately, I have yet to hear from anyone else yet. :( I know it sounds pathetic, but it's a serious bummer to watch my husband play all day while I wait for help.

I've been waiting for an hour with the customer service hold music on my phone and it's getting late.
