there are guides talking about which classes are best as werewolf due to specific passives or passive abilities. What would be the best combination of class trees for maximum wolf?
I play every class in every situation. I love them all.

    The popular passives, Storm Calling has Energized (5% physical damage) and Amplitude (up to 10% damage to high health targets).

    Aedric Spear's Balanced Warrior gives you 6% Spell/Weapon Damage and 1320 Armor.

    If you're playing solo or in small groups, Maturation from Green Balance gives 10% Max Health.

    For passives, these are nice together, but you might need scribed abilities to get buffs you're missing until you transform (I think Warden class mastery would be best for PvP for this, for PvE maybe sorcerer or Templar).

    Personally, I love my werewolf nightblade who can un-transform when outnumbered to go invis and run away/reposition—not what people are expecting lol, and now any class can do it. Plus, the Shadow skill line also gives you 15% to all recovery.

    Aedric Spear (Templar) and Storm Calling (Sorcerer) are a given, for reasons mentioned above.

    For the third skill line, I'm thinking either:
    • Grave Lord (Necromancer) for the Rapid Rot passive, increasing the DoT damage of Carnage, Werewolf Berserker's light attack bleed, and Infectious Claws, as well as any DoT set proc. Maybe a future Werewolf Scribing ability will have the option of dealing damage over time.
    • Winter's Embrace (Warden) for the Piercing Cold passive. This requires you to use a set or glyph which deals Frost Damage while under 30k Max Health, but this increases your Damage Done by a percentage. You could use double Infused with a single Frost Damage weapon glyph to get the uptime to 100%, but at that point I'm not sure if it would outperform double Charged with Flame/Poison weapon glyphs. Maybe a future Werewolf Scribing ability will have the option of dealing Frost Damage.

    If Werewolf gets a Scribing ability that can use Class Mastery, then Sorcerer will probably be the better choice for the base Class because the Sorcerer Class Mastery is a damage proc when you have no pets (i.e., when you run Werewolf Berserker). Templar's Class Mastery requires actual Templar abilities to get the full effect, but even without Sacred Ground active on you, you'll get flat WD/SD and Armor with it. For PvE purposes, it's probably best to swap out Roar for a Werewolf Scribing ability, since we don't usually cast Roar during combat and only utilize it for the passive Major Savagery/Prophecy, due to Terrified being inadequate.

    Sorcerer WW can use Beacon of Oblivion, but not Monolith of Storms. Templar WW cannot use either of their Class Sets. We should wait until we get our third Class Set before determining whether Class Sets are a determining factor in Werewolf builds.

    If you are going full damage route I think:

    Aedric Spear
    * burning Light
    * balanced warrior

    Storm Calling
    *energized
    *amplitude

    and... Grave Lord?
    *rapid rot

    . Too bad the corpse consumption only works via necro consume and not WW.

    If Necromancer was your base Class, you can use Corpseburster with Werewolf's Devour synergy. Werewolf isn't able to generate Ultimate, so Living Death's "Corpse Consumption" passive is meaningless while transformed — but interestingly, Templar's Repentance ability counts as a corpse consumption ability and should be able to proc it.

    Mine is also a NB and I will have a hard time replacing any of it.

    I like Soul Harvest on the backbar for the very nice 10 ult per kill. Helps keep downtime minimal. I also like having access to Invis since it's also my Thieves/DB character.

    I suppose I could replace Siphoning line but that's also even more ult gen. I suppose I could drop that for another line you mentioned above for more damage.

    Would you think Storm Calling is better than Aedric Spear if I Only took 1? 5 to 15% extra damage seems nice.

    I think Stormcalling and Aedric Spear offer the two best passives.

    For your third line I would actually go with Winters embrace from Warden. Using a frost enchant on one of your weapons can proc the piercing cold passive, which grants a 8% damage buff with full uptime. You also get increased damage on your chilled procs and increased chance to proc chilled which your frost enchant would also benefit from.

    Other options are Nightblade assassination for 3k penetration while flanking, Ardent flame DK for 40% damage increase on flame and poison dots if you were to use those as dual enchants, or grave lord necro for 10% dot damage.

    You could also consider using a line just for sustain as Wolf is pretty hungry in that aspect.

    In retrospect, I think Herald of the Tome (Arcanist) could be useful for the Harnessed Quintessence passive, provided you proc it with either Feral Pounce/Carnage (wrong morph for damage dealers) or casting Hircine's Bounty and its morphs at 100% Health.

    We already try to cast Hircine's Rage at 100% Health for Major Berserk, so maybe the extra +5% WD/SD from Harnessed Quintessence would outweigh the +8% Damage Done with Piercing Cold or the +10% DoT damage with Rapid Rot? Probably not, but it's an idea.
