Stairs death penalty

I know you all are working hard to fix all the problems that always seem to pop up early in release. But you really need to fix this falling thru the stairs thing, and then giving us a death penalty when we type /stuck. Players shouldn't be held accountable for a game issue. My wife tried to play this game all day, it was her day off. this was the first game I've been able to get her interest in a game in a while. she got on this morning and the game play was terrible, lag, load times, and then the server shut down. Then we got on this evening and "tried" to quest. she spent more time getting stuck then playing. Your about to lose three accounts. You need to fix this.

Falling has cost me a few hundred gold in moving cost. they should take that charge out completely as it really serves no purpose.
