✭Some people feel their early access time is being pooped away while these shenanigans are going on.
Others are just now finding out they have to pay 15.99 to redeem the 30 days.
"Buy imperial edition/standard edition and get 30 free days" seems to mean "buy your edition, then pay for 30 days" so that has some people upset too.

What ppl are likely seeing on their accounts for $15.99 is an authorization hold which will fall back into your account in about 3-5 business days... in my experience. It's nothing really, just something to make sure you're not giving the merchant a bunk credit card.0

Not everyone has credit cards, they are quite rare in some EU countries. It's one thing having $15 taken off your credit card balance for a few days, it's another if it's money take out of your bank for a few days. Not everyone has loads of spare cash
