Bounty Hunter - Themed Build ideas

Hello all,
I am putting together a Bounty Hunter type build for one of my characters. I am thinking a character that uses gadgets, traps, alchemy, and other means to combat foes. Think Boba Fett, Starlord, etc. This is going to be a build for solo PvE flexing into dps for dungeons.
So far I know I want silver shards to be my spammable. I want to use caltrops as I think they are cool and something this type of character would use. I like the idea of the torchbearer scribed skill, still deciding if that would fit. Barbed trap is in for sure.
As far as class, I’m not sure if I want to go with Nightblade for the stealth, or maybe sorcerer to synergize with the physical skills and sorcerers also have some skills that act like mines which are cool.
Any ideas as far as class/skills/gear would be welcomed!

✭✭✭I think the Eternal Hunt set might be thematic enough for this build. You'd have to roll dodge to proc the set, but it leaves behind a rune that immobilizes enemies who get close.PC/NA — Lone Werewolf, the EP Templar Khajiit Werewolf
