Crown Crates from Twitch Drops not showing up. No response from in-game tickets.

Hello,
I've claimed two Ouroboros crates from Twitch (my account is connected, I'm sure I pushed the right buttons etc) recently and neither showed up on my account. I sent in two separate in-game tickets about this (@shutupitsred) and didn't get a response. I just claimed a third Twitch drop crate today and it still hasn't shown up on my account, either. They've pretty much shown up immediately before, and I've been able to accept drops in the past with no issues.
The previous two crates have also been removed from my Twitch drop history; should have screenshot those I guess.
Anyone know what's going on?

ShutUpitsRed✭✭✭✭Wow, it said it was connected on Twitch but for some reason had unlinked on the ESO website's side. That's extremely irritating. Thank you very much for the info!0
