A year ago I made a thread raising concern about Relequen's ability to double tick:

A lot of people disagreed with me back then, but eventually realized that Relequen is in fact pretty meta for ranged builds. Now that the reworked Relequen's bonuses are more beneficial for PvP, I am seeing a lot more Relequen builds than ever. I hope this will not become the norm for PvP in the upcoming future, but if it will, then I hope ZOS addresses Relequen in a similar manner as Savage Werewolf.

Another ranged proc set that brings nothing positive to the meta. I doubt it will be that widespread just because of how much PvPers generally hate doing PvE trials, but it's an egregious amount of ranged 1v1 pressure, more of those "screw you in particular" type play patterns, and it doesn't even scale for AoE or 1vX situations, pigeonholing it into duels or organized smallscale target focus, but mostly cheesing ranged Xv1 opportunities from safety. Monsters only please.
