I cannot access the subscription page and it says I do not own any games. You just took my credit card information, and will charge me at the end, yet I have no way to cancel if I want to.
Calm yourself. Zenimax will take care of it if you even give them a chance. It hasn't even been a week yet. Jeeze.
This is frustrating.. Surely they could have made it as simple as redeeming the code, which then validates that you have the game and gives your account an additional 30 days access, but nope.. they cause trouble for everyone.

By redeeming your product code today, which INCLUDES an initial 30 days of game play, you have acknowledged that this game requires you to enter into a paid subscription plan. After your initial 30 days of included access, you will be charged for a recurring subscription in accordance with the plan selected above, subject to cancellation by you at any time. No refunds or credits for partial months.
There own policy states that you will be charged after the initial 30 days. What the company did should never happen, no excuses.
They are making false charges on my credit card, when my total was $0.00. Lets say I didn't have those fund available I would have the card company charge me another $30-60 dollars in fees. Give me a break, I won't settle for sub-par service and incompetence, and neither should any of you.
They do need to make it a LOT clearer they are pre authing the whole amount. Especially if people are going for the more expensive options. That would definitely seem to be what they are doing though. So if they are immediately cancelling the payment request it should drop back in a day or so...
