Im getting the same message. Cant log in the game or the site. Site give me the same error as Cosgrovey, and game says "login information is incorrect"

Don't suppose you folks have asked if your accounts were compromised?
Check for viruses etc. There have been a bunch of accounts used by gold sellers that have looked like legitimate but hijacked accounts.

If that's the case, ZMax have probably banned your accounts from the website (and game?) to help deal with the issue.

EDIT: LOL... is anyone else seeing my funky username?

That's exactly what I think has happened. But the thing is, no one has mailed me saying anything, nor have they responded to me anything else then "We've looking into the matter", and that was three days ago.
