Should Someone be Removed From the Stream Team for Speech on Twitch that Violates TOS

There are a lot of things being discussed in this thread, and I wanted to post a poll about one specific, narrow question arising from it.
This question is not about whether the streamer in question was exploiting in-game or not, it is not about whether they were or weren't being stream sniped, in fact it's not even about this specific streamer (and to be clear, I don't even know who this streamer is, other than the fact that they're a PVPer and member of the Stream Team), as the question is meant to apply to any member of the stream team who uses such language while streaming ESO.
This is one specific, narrow question: should a streamer who uses the type of language in these clips be removed from the stream team for it? The language is definitely against the ESO TOS (At all times users will refrain from attacking age, race, color, disability, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, lifestyle, pregnancy, gender or any other personally identifying factors protected category under applicable law.), but the language wasn't used in the in-game chat, it was used on a Twitch stream.

Remove them: they need to be held to the TOS on Twitch as they are representing ZOS on the stream team and need to be held to a high standard.
