"Azure Regenerate" Style - Cannot Collect!?

I cannot figure this out, or maybe I am just really stupid?
I have completed the "Gold Coast Skyshard Hunter" achievement to get the "Azure Regeneration" Skill Style, but it will NOT let me collect it.
Before anyone asks:
- No, Azure Regen is not in my Collections Tab & is currently Blank
- No, Azure Regen is not in my Achievements/Skill Styling under the Character Tab
- No, it will not let me select it from the Skill Menu by pressing it's Style Icon
- Yes, "Gold Coast Skyshard Hunter" is in fact registered as "Complete"; as of 2/12/2025 on it's Achievement Tab
- Yes, Azure Regen is still locked and marked as "Not Collected"
- Yes, I have a character at Lvl50/CP180
So, what gives? Do I collect it from someplace else? How does one "Collect" this particular Skill Style?
You'd think this should be a no brainer, but... I'm baffled and mentally broken at this point.

Actually it's "Gold ROAD" not "Gold Coast" Skyshards.
