And if I go online for one minute, this same player is having other players send me tells? Isn't stalking against TOS? Not to mention I had to block them on discord. And get discord to give me a new account that is not similar to my name.

Just read another in game mail with some threatening and creepy message. You really need something that bans any player that sends even ONE unwanted mail. If players are off line, they should not be able to stalk and send creepy messages through the in game mail system.

A blocked player should not be able to whisper you or send you messages.

I would take screenshots of all the messages and mails and report everyone that sent one, then put them all on ignore.

Please take screenshots and report the player. If you have them blocked and they are still getting through, customer service should know so they can place a ticket in to investigate and make sure you are okay. If you place a ticket in and tag me, happy to pass it along on my end as well.
