Patch Notes?

Since my client just patched, there should be some patch notes to accompany said patch. Even if they just say "Fixed some stability issues." Are there any patch notes for this latest patch? I have looked, but found nothing. If there are, I would like to read them now, rather than waiting until the servers are back up and I can be questing.
