New Heavy Attack sets, but no mention of Heavy Attack bug fix.

I was really hoping to see this bug fix on the list. One of the most basic attack forms hasn't been working correctly for a very long time. Can we get this fixed please?

At times, fully charged Heavy Attacks may not strike the target (even if locked on to them). This is most often to occur with melee weapon Heavy Attacks. It is for this reason that I have always slotted a ranged weapon as my back-bar choice. Since Heavy Attacks are an intrinsic part of combat gameplay through means of sustain/restoring resources, these kinds of issues disincentivize the use of core combat mechanics partially or entirely.
I'm glad that you haven't had issues with your Heavy Attacks. As for myself, I find that in both PVP and PVE mine are intermittent from use of my melee weapons.3 -

For ages occasionally HA with lightning staves would not fire even if you are staring at the enemy and holding the left mouse button. The toon would just stand there and do nothing.10 -
dark_hunterxmg✭✭✭✭I often play on a heavy attack build and the attacks will frequently stop of no reason and my character just stands there doing nothing. I have to release the button and start over. That's the biggest problem. The other issue is heavy attacks not landing when the target is right in front of me. I have sent multiple videos of the problem. I am surprised that this is not on the bug fix list.10

It is so very difficult to play on a heavy attack build when they keep stopping and your character just stands there. This REALLY needs to be addressed. In PVE, it's a loss of DPS. In PVP it's a loss of DPS, missing killing blows, and giving time for the opponent to heal back to full.3
