PTS Update 45 - Bug Reports for Housing and Furnishing

z32✭✭After using house editor in Princely Dawnlight Palace (indoor) and placing a furniture, a black wall appears. I did not see it happening in few other houses I tried to place furniture. After relogin it will disappear but it will happen agin as soon as I place another furniture.The test character has no addons, using AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX card with 24.12.1 adrenaline drivers, no FRS, native 1k.

vesperghost✭✭✭same issue as previous person, black pane appears in the interior of Princely Dawnlight Palace as well as Mournoth Keep after going to place a furnishing. I haven't checked every house, it's not all of them but it's at least those two. bug resolves on on relog but reappears as soon as I access the model view from the menu (where the camera changes to preview the selected furnishing). no addons, Nvidia GeForce GTX 970, up-to-date drivers, standard video settings.
