The new fallen banner monster set & Dungeon set looks OP?

I just wondering wearing below 2 sets and casting a ground ability under BG flag, isn’t it OP?

We shall see. I think, if you are wearing these two sets, you are getting a stun every 8 seconds, a bit of burst and a dot, but you are going to die pretty quickly. I wouldnt give up a five piece for a mid range dot loke this. The monster set by itself is might be something depending on the scaling.
Also, this is odd because it says 5 seconds. Does this mean it hits every second? Let's not break the rules again with 1 second dot timers like they already do with some sets... vate destro comes to mind... and why everyone runs that.

No, U45's new sets are just useless or niche compared to the current meta, even in PVP, Sellistrix, also a monster helm set, provides a better source of stun than Orpheon The Tactician, and has a shorter cooldown.

If ZOS really wants to convince players to subscribe to Plus+, then U45's new sets need buffs to provide enough appeal.

Also gm character stats.

@CTBee did the math, the bladestorm set is close to, but slightly worse than, aegis caller.

It is probably better than aegis in places where you aren't at pen cap such as dungeons.

So the way I’d look at Orpheon is that you’d want to use a gap-closer like stampede, that applies the tentacle, then stun your opponent, to hit them with that seemingly high scaling roll-catch AoE.

Possibly even using Dark Convergence? Or Rush of agony with an AoE stun like NB’s Soul Tether. Using a stun to prime them for the walloping from the tentacle. (But you wouldn’t have Vicious Death)

(Seems more oriented towards a PvP set)
