theres your answer, its your routing. You might get mega browsing speeds but if your route to ZOS is not as optimal, thats where the problem will be
either switch to a VPN or switch ISP is your solotion
Hey @MJallday I am using a vpn. I noticed I have better luck with Southern US servers0
