"C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online" is empty. Unless you mean Launcher Folder


launcher.settings is uploaded as a text file because the original extension is not supported.

1 - EU

4 - Patched up from Beta, then official client downloaded on top of beta client

i installed patch closed it at 5pm est NA i opened to see if it was up now i have to re-intsall..Pressed re-install canceled it and doing a repair to see it that fixes it

My game client launches fine manually from the exe in the Game / Client folder. How do I unbork my launcher so it recognizes where we are in the patch process and doesn't try to load the whole 23 Gb game again??

My Current Game Version is 1.0.0.962841

My log file is full of all kinds of errors...and WAY TOO LONG to post here. Nothing was changed on my settings... you guys broke this not me. Something you did first triggered a small 30 Mb patch... then put the patcher in Repair mode... then in Install mode for the whole game.

This is the same experience 1000's of people are having right now... don't look for what we broke... look for what you broke.

guys dont do any repair/install! u can open game w/o launcher directly by eso.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online EU\game\client
game start normally for me that way just servers are down. think must wait till they goes up to confirm all work good that way but for now evrythink looks fine.

I was getting the "install" option on the launcher, but still had the game files in my directory. I got around the issue by starting the install, clicking game options/cancel, then game options/repair.

After it downloaded the 2 gig patch it was ready to go at that point. You shouldnt have to redownload the entire game unless it deleted it from your directory.

It tried to make me repair and install as well but I got in game okay by skipping the launcher.

Same here, it downloaded the 50mb patch then the button changed to "Install" instead of "Play". EU server.

wow...ok I did the cancel under game options to stop the install...then did repair which took like 5 mins and now its at "play" status...just waiting on servers now i guess

I have this same issue but i found a temp fix for it. open up your programme86/zenimaxonline/the eldr scrollsonline eu or(NA)/game/client folder and use the eso file that looks like the eso ring dble click and it will start your game without the launcher
