support ticket to request manual transaction of missed event item?

Is there a way to log a support ticket to request a manual transaction for "Unholy Tablet" from the Doomchar Plateau house? I missed it by 1 ticket earlier in the year and I didn't stress at the time because I thought it would be back in the assistant vendor for the end of year like they've done previously but to my surprise its not there. Im seriously willing to sacrifice all remaining event tickets and my current lot just to get it

It'll be back next year, I think next event in January actually.
