Greetings!
December 10, user
@Jekonya bought the Mirrormoor Crate Bundle (8,000 crowns) for 19,200,000 gold.
The trade took place on Discord via the World Crown Exchange server.
That same evening, he received a permanent account ban.
He provided screenshots of his Discord conversation with the seller. The seller requested that the gold be sent to the account
@newbee538, while the gift was sent from
@QIEFl101. It appears that the seller was not legitimate, and
@Jekonya was caught in an automatic ban, along with others who traded with this seller.
@Jekonya has not engaged in RMT or any other activities prohibited by the game’s rules. Therefore, this situation was unexpected and unpleasant for him.
When his account was banned, he also lost access to the website and forums. All support requests he submitted received automated responses about a permanent ban.
He created a new account and submitted another ticket to support. So far, he has only received automated messages requesting information to confirm ownership of his account.
He also created a thread on Reddit to draw attention to the issue, but it didn’t help.

Each response takes about five days to arrive. My question is: could a real person be involved in this case to expedite the account recovery process?
There have already been similar threads on the forum, and people were helped in such situations.
Is it possible for one of the moderators to assist?

Thanks.
