New player banned after playing for a couple hours. Need help!
Hello!
I am a returning player and my partner decided to try the game out for the first time. She created an account on Saturday (14 Dec 2024) and bought the base game for the first time. We both installed and then played for a few hours and had a great time.
On Sunday we woke up and her account had been banned for cheating. No idea how this happened since we just did a few quests in the starting zone for AD. Really disappointing as we were looking forward to playing on the weekend and also making use of the ESO+ trial.
She followed the email to open a ticket about it, and also replied to the email itself, but we still have not heard anything back. Please could we get some help with this else I fear we may not want to continue playing.
