PTS - Login Issues

Ever time I try to connect to the PTS, all I get is the following message:

"Connection to server timed out. Please try again."

It worked fine earlier in the week, and I've regularly connect before then without any issue.

Any insight into what's going on? Is anyone else having this issue?

Under Announcements, it also says "Could not retrieve announcements."
