Maintenance for the week of December 23:
· [COMPLETE] NA megaservers for maintenance – December 23, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 9:00AM EST (14:00 UTC)
· [COMPLETE] EU megaservers for maintenance – December 23, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 14:00 UTC (9:00AM EST)
It would be nice but I am not hopeful that this will happen.
I was at work when the ESO day started and by the time I was done with work the game was already down. It is now getting late here. Won't be able to login until tomorrow evening so I will miss rewards for the last day of the month, as I am sure a lot of people will.
I am just thankful that unlike some other games, ESO does not leave the really nice stuff until the very last day of the month, so when you do miss a day or two you can still get some nice daily login rewards.
I also think we should get login reward and endeavours for today if we could not finish them before maintenance but fear we will not and there will be some completely different compensation. Maybe at the end the finishers will get same compensation despite getting reward.
Is ZoS even able to differ between players who got daily login reward, endeavours and other limited time offers today and thos who did not or do these Information get deleted as soon as they are no longer available?
If you've already collected the login rewards for all previous days this month, you'll be able to claim today's login reward when you log in after the servers are back online.
It's the login rewards at the end of the month which you might not be able to claim, depending on how many days of logging in you miss. And those end-of-month login rewards are typically for free gold, free Tel Var stones, or free Alliance Points-- all of which are things most players can probably earn themselves in amounts exceeding the daily login reward. That's why I think it's good that those end-of-month login rewards are typically things that most players can get by without.
While we understand many players are unable to log into the game at this time, we will be closing this thread as there is a more active thread on this topic, which can be found here.
