I got permanently banned by steam login information

My main account was permanently banned seven months ago.

I had no idea why I was permanently banned until a month ago when I tried a new appeal and received a call from customer service. They had linked me to the fraudulent account through my steam login history. I admit that I have logged on to a few other accounts from people I played with who abandoned ESO and whose legacy I inherited. During the call, they kept asking me why I had logged in to the account for multiple refunds, I was at a loss and couldn't give any answers. I tried to get them to give me the relevant account information, but I was still refused in violation of the rules. After I hung up the phone and thought about it for a long time, I finally remembered that a long time ago, I had logged on to my friend's account, tried to transfer the Guild President as the guild warehouse from him to myself, the guild only have 10 member who used to be my core team, and all of them abandoned ESO. But what I didn't know was that he had sold the account for money, and I logged on only to find that he had been permanently banned. I didn't think of it because it happened so long ago, long before I was banned, and I didn't take it seriously.
I recounted this in my subsequent complaint, I didn't know it was a permanently banned account, it used to belong to my friend, but what happened after he sold it is none of my business, and I just unknowingly tried to log into the account. Of course my appeal was denied, and they gave me a new charge -- account sharing, LOL. In my new appeal they told me, my account will remain deactivated, and they will not answer any further appeals regarding this account,
I think my appeal for six months is due to the opacity of information. Customer service has always refused to provide any information on the grounds that it violates the rules. Moreover, I do not know whether it is in accordance with the regulations to link me to the violation of other accounts through steam login information, or is this consistent with my personal privacy.
My new ticket number is 241201-003443, I hope someone could response me.
