I submitted a ticket due to an issue, and like every other ticket for the past year the reply is simple; "Thank you for your feedback". So helpful and supportive, I really am glad with such service after spending hundreds of dollars with you.
I've cancelled ESO+ because I'm tired of such condescending behaviour and downright contempt for the player base that keeps the lights on at Zenimax, and to be honest I'll be uninstalling once I get the issue fixed and because of these experiences with "Support" have seriously destroyed any credibility this game had along with my desire to support such practises.
I'm sure I'll get replies telling me good riddance or who cares, and you are not wrong, no one likes posts like this, but if I didn't say anything then the miniscule chance of reflection and policy change by the company would never happen, and future players would certainly suffer the same lack of respect and support.
