I have no idea what the time zone is for the ESO reps that post on the forums here. Could you please at least have the time tags for the official posts in GMT so people around the world have some reference as to when Official things are actually posted.

Joeh✭It appears that the forum times are in Eastern (for me at least, but I am also in Eastern so I am not sure if it changes for location). Eastern makes sense though because Zenimax online are based in Maryland (http://www.zenimaxonline.com/maryland.html)

they are clearly not eastern as the server down for maint post said 5pm. Joeh✭Looks like it may be different based on location then. Doesn't explain why the time would be wrong for you though.
I see the time listed on that post as 1:22PM which is correct for me in the Eastern time zone.0
