Factors that affect weapon damage
So I was wondering, does your skill level of a selected weapon affect the damage of basic (LMB) attacks? In other words, would a basic attack at weapon level 15 be as effective as a basic attack at weapon level 20, everything else being equal (character level, same buffs, etc.)?
