Where's my snare? I have no snare on my dire wolves
The dire wolf snare was removed from Pack Leader werewolves several patches ago. I would like to see it returned. Werewolf is a melee only class and the gap closer has a cool down. This makes it much more difficult than it should be to chase or fight enemies that are running at max movement speed or spamming streak 5 times in a row. The snare would help to close the gap and add some much needed counterplay.
I also would either like to see the return of the 30% snare or at least a 1 second root added to Pounce if possible to help out given the werewolf melee experience

Pounce could have a snare like DK leap has. Basically ignores all other CC and holds you in place for that 0.5sec until the hit. That way they don't continue to run out of range while you're waiting to land.
Werewolf could really use a snare of some kind. Maybe it could go on Deafening Roar, since that skill is a tanking skill in PvE and a debuff crowd control skill in PvP.
Maybe we'll get the option to apply a snare whenever Werewolf gets their own Grimoire? I'd be genuinely surprised if our first Grimoire is a martial attack and doesn't allow us to snare our enemies.

Another benefit of the snare is that werewolves have short-range AoEs and melee attacks to aim. Infectious Claws and Pounce's second hit can often whiff, and targets can move out of your reticle as you're hitting Piercing Howl.
A few years ago, they cut back on snares across most skill lines because they were all over the place in Cyrodiil. But a snare on Pounce (and maybe Roar?) would help werewolves and provide a bit of identity for them as a brawler/snarer. Maybe the snare could be conditional on distance traveled, or current health percentage, or something.
