Servers Went Down During Vampire Quest

I was just finishing up the quest to become a vampire when the servers went down for maintenance, and since there is a time limit within in which to complete that quest, I am wondering if that limit is tied to the in-game world time or to the amount of time my character is actually active. Basically I just want to know if I'll actually be able to complete the quest when the servers come back up or if I'll have lost it due to server maintenance.
