I love the mount, and was gonna use it on my main crafter character if we get it... Which I hope we do.
I am surprised at how much hate this mount gets actually. I thought it was pretty cool and unique but I don't think I've seen a single other person excited for it lol.

I actually hadn't seen it yet.
It looks very... Well it's only my personal taste of course, but I think it looks really bad.
This is a mount I'll never use, for sure.
Would have been amazing to get one of those from crates instead:

And see.... those do nothing for me at all....

I think it's strange it never showed up anywhere in the game world before.
Also, I'm sometimes wondering if a normal creature that also exists in the real world might appeal to players more than a strangely changed fantasy version. In this case a normal alpaca instead of a feathered one with strange feet (normal camels also exist in the game, after all). Same thing with those cats with 4 ears (I think there are at least 2 variants of those already?): I've read from several people that they would actually prefer them to have 2 ears.

Thank you! Your comment was hilarious.
I don't expect to see many using this mount, but it's not like we have to pay for it or anything and some might like it, so, whatever lol.

I might have missed one, but I think those are the only six. The welwa's are bears, the sheep are horses and this beast is a camel as far as the animation goes. I guess this beast might be a horse too. We'll have to see how it moves.

I know, but that still doesn't explain why it has feathers and hands/feet(?) and doesn't look like a normal alpaca. No matter if it walks like a horse or like a camel.

Thank you! I don’t either love or hate the mount or anything, and my comment was not meant in a negative way, especially to anyone who likes it. It’s just what it looks like to me, like something one would ride in Whoville. 🙂

Pfft sure, I know your secret.😉
The Whos down in Whoville loved this mount a lot
But Elven, who lived just outside of Whoville, did not.
🤣 JK

Maybe, but just imagine if we make a poll and ask the global community if they'd prefer the lama or one of these on my screen for free.
Which result would you bet on?
