Maybe re-review balance passes?

@ZOS_Kevin I understand the need to review and do balance passes in MMOs. With the Stormfist nerf and now the Azureblight though I have some questions. It seems that the ever growing pile of useless sets keeps expanding fast. The problem I see is newer players, they are needed to keep the game growing and going. The devs seem to only balance pass on the best dungeon and overland sets and those are the "powerful" ones that newer players need to progress toward and through trials. Obviously I'm only talking for PvE here as PvP is an entirely different scenario. Many people only have a few hours a week to play, newer players may not have friends to get them into a guild that can help or they may just want to explore for a bit while learning the game. I know overland can be done with a weapon and jewelry alone but for new players with no CP and not much knowledge the basic sets help a lot. Stormfist was a powerful monster set but hardly used by endgame or PvP players, AB was used to dungeon or arena speed run or by just 1 or 2 for trial trash clears, now they will never be used again most likely. The team needs to go back and make more sets useful for more scenarios as having five sets that are used only is not much fun and provides no diverse choice at all for anyone of any level or playstyle. I say all this as a player of over seven years who has pretty much all I need save a few pieces from LC, I don't PvP but also don't begrudge those who enjoy it. I think all veteran players can agree something needs to be done when you look at your sticker book and realize just how many sets you have that you haven't even thought about using in years.
