Trapped in the Wailing Prison

So I started a new character, and got stuck at this very 1st quest.

Titanborn wouldn't crack open the door for me, but she acted like she did. Now I'm trapped forever in this Cold Harbour, since I cannot teleport everywhere else. Is it a bug or some kind of easter egg?

Also, I tried /unstuck and re-login. Nothing worked.

I found the solution online: you need to stand near the door and aim at very left to trigger the hitbox switch manually.
