Its getting there, still has some things that should be...things.
1) Separate completely the Tech Forums from the Support forums and create a separate Bug report Forum.
2) Need a condensed general purpose "General Discussion" Forum where everyone can discuss everything together. Why so much segregation? If segregation is necessary, then make a overall "General Discussion" forum.
Its getting there and its IMO but separating the customer support forums into the above mentioned will really help your possibly limited forum moderators better get issues taken care of.
