We can see this view from the new Imperial house.

I don't want any buildings. Just access to the dock, boat, waterfall, and up the mountain along the waterfall to build in.

I haven't bought a new house in ESO in a LONG time. They all come with pre-existing buildings I don't want.

Pretty please sell me this area with 700 slot item limit.
