Helping a friend that can't play

Howdy,

A friend had the awful surprise on this monday (September 9th) when he logged on, he couldn't get into his characters, as multiple were asking to "change name".
He minimized the game and told me and others (in a ESO group chat we have) what was going on, and we explained to him that someone must have reported his character names, or was some automated thing. I even decided to help him to create lore friendly names, when he posted on the group the screenshot saying his account was suspended.

Funny thing... he, a brazilian black man, proud of his heritage, used to name his redguard characters with "Negão" + something else. "Negão" means "big black man" in brazilian portuguese, an affectionate nickname he has in real life, and widely used in Brazil.
Someone decided to report it, probably for thinking it's racist or anything, locking out a black man of playing a game that is one of the only joys he has nowadays, as he uses it as escapism to his disease that requires constant treatment in the hospital, that has a diagnosis attached to an ETA of 5 to maximum of 20 years left on his life.
People decided they were "offended" by anything and proceeded to report, these people seems not to care of what their action is going to do to the person on the other end.

Now he's desperate, locked out of one of the only hobbies he has, as his disease's treatment left him with lowered immunity, no longer being able to do outdoor activities that he loved, and with no clear answer of how long it will take to be able to play again. And to add up, all to this stressful situation worsens his health.

So, I ask for any help you guys can get to @Blackzel45 situation:

240910-001432 ticket number he opened about an account problem (not receiving account activation email);
240909-003160 ticket number another player (@JohnnyRivers) opened trying to help @Blackzel45.
