Ticket still waiting on agent since 7/21/2024 - would like it looked before Undaunted event!

Hello, I ran into a bug/issue that i made a ticket for on 7/21/2024, I later found out my exact ticket was actually officially posted as a bug too (https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/#en/answer/66214).

Anyways, to prevent any issues or problems I have essentially full-stopped playing ESO (other than a day or two) since then including my love for running dungeons. I am really hoping I can get this looked at before the Undaunted event as I am super hyped to play that but don't want to cause any issues with the resolution of my ticket.

If this is the wrong place to post this, what is the next step since it has been almost two months since its submission?

Thank you both ( @ZOS_Bill and @ZOS_Phoenix ) so much, not sure how I submitted this incorrectly... do you foresee any issue with me earning/spending undaunted keys with the Undaunted event since the ticket itself is based around a bug with the keys or do you think it is safe for me to play while they re-investigate?
