No Way To Toggle Off Guild Bank Remembering?

As the title asks. Patch notes say the following:
"Remember Last Selected Guild Store or Guild Bank
When talking to a banker and selecting Guild Bank or Guild Store, the menu will now default to the previously selected Guild Bank or Guild Store from your current session."
Yet they give us no way to turn this off? I can't find a toggle setting anywhere in the settings. Please add one ZOS, I am too used to it NOT remembering. I do not want to put things into the wrong Guild Banks etc - muscle memory here and all that, keep that in mind!
