UI customization

Does anyone know if there is a way to reconfigure the current UI or possibly a mod to move things around? I am trying to figure out how to move the group party members halfway down the screen.

Most of the MMOs I play I switch around the UI so everything is generally in the same place.

Keep an eye on Full Immersion. Some time over the next few weeks I plan to build those very features into it.

I've already installed Wykkyds' framework, add on, and endorsed it on nexus. That alone is really cool. Im thinking about installing his Full Immersion.
