Request for Requirements of Gifting

Good day,
I recently got back into the game after a hiatus after 2021. I realized while playing that gifting was locked, so I tried to request access to gifting. I was denied, I appealed the decision, and I was denied again. I then wanted to know exactly what the requirements for unlocking gifting were. I contacted support again using the gifting request, and when I asked for the requirements, I simply received an automated response that "My request will not be granted." It was exactly the same as the first one. I would like to know the exact requirements for unlocking gifting. The support FAQ says "Eligibility is determined by an evolving list of factors including but not limited to the account being at least 180 days past its first login and previous engagement with in-game features." I find that rather vague, and I would like to know the current acceptance standards. My Ticket number is 240822-012220.

Sleepsin✭✭✭✭ZOS won't say what the requirements are, something about not wanting the gold selling accounts to know what's required. The funny thing, I see gold selling spam everyday that also sell crowns. So whatever the requirements are, the bots have a better grasp on it then the players.3

ViktørSoul ShrivenIm also a returning player after 3 years. I was able back then to send gifts to friends but not anymore, so i tried to send a ticket to give me access to send gifts again but theres no response from ZOS on my tickets. Idk why they would remove gifting access from my account.

✭I have heard, not direct knowledge, that you have to buy crowns in order to be able to gift if you're locked from gifting. Probably a rumour though as I've never gifted.0
