Feature request : used soul gems to revert to empty

fxeconomisteb17_ESO
Least it didn't seem to me that soul gems used with Anchorite's Potency return to being empty.

Without it, we're kept in a re-stocking loop to get empty soul gems instead of just using Soul Trap/Soul Splitting Trap to refill them in real time.

After all, why not ? Do batteries vanish upon use ?

"Is it true her wounds healed on their own ? Yes" No s***, at 75% health regen penalty!

I was a vampire like you, but then I took an idea to the head...

The Soul gems break when the Soul within is released that is why.

I see a future lead grind for a mythical Elven item that prevents soul gems from breaking when the soul is released... also available for purchase in the crown store...

But we can already purchase unlimited quantities of filled soul gems from NPC merchants with gold. Or if we want to save a bit of gold, we can buy empty soul gems and fill them ourselves. No need for anything in the Crown Store.

    ^ this

In lore there's a daedric artifact called Azura's Star that is special because it is a "soul gem" that can be refilled.

I was looking to buy empty ones but couldn't remember where to find them. The enchanters should sell that kind of stuff.

Lore wise there are some powerful Daedric soul gem artifacts (like Azura's Star) that can be re-used.

The Drawback is that you would need to re-charge it every time you use it, so if you would die before killing anything (or RNG would be bad and you would not re-fill empty re-usable, empty soul gem), you could not re-spawn. So in the end you would still need to carry some soul gems with you.

Game already has something that kinda acts like re-usable soul gem - Soul Summons passive:
    https://eso-skillbook.com/skill/soul-summons
Allows you to revive once every 1 hour without spending a Soul Gem.

    Edit:
It is important to mention that in other TES games, Soul Gems are not used to "resurrect" people, but only for creating magical, enchanted items.
