My account got hacked and after restoring it i lost gifting option(i was inactive only two weeks because of it), support denied me and ignoring my answer and all other tickets.
Also i don't like my colossal aldmeri grotto and want normal house but not this piece of .......... This ticket also was ignored.
What can i do in this case, zos, please help
