I rarely interact with the chat, mostly when in trials and groups. I spent the day yesterday farming resources in Cyro, and everything was fine until I decided to report a user for behaving, well, not nice, in the group chat. After that, it appears, I got muted - no one can see my messages in chat and I can't trade with guild traders. Being on the weekend, when I usually delve into my deco and crafting, this was an unpleasant surprise because I was counting on going around guild traders and all that... Any chance I can get the mute lifted or at least an explanation what was I muted for?
