A month ago I have my two kids after watching me playing game decided to join me. At first we were not sure how this will go, so I purchased just basic game.
Couple of weeks late I have purchased Gold Road deluxe for both accounts. But because it also includes the base game, I have requested refund.
On both accounts after refund was issued only for base game, account summary page shows no purchased game (in billing history everything is fine - all 3 transactions for base game, Gold Road and refund for base game.
The issue was fixed for one account 3 days later.
But second account is stuck without response from 17 days now.
I tried to open "cannot login" ticket (because original one is "refund request" and technically already resolved - I have received refund), but it gets closed almost immediately.
I am at the point to request full refund for all my 3 accounts and never come back to this game. This is worst support I have experienced across many games I have played...
