Account BUGED CANT LOG IN FOR 24h ALREADY

For 8 years of my playtime ive never had such stupid gamebraking problem. So yesterday i went to 4man premade BG. Everything was fine till moment i died and when respawn timer went to 0 my character could'nt get up. So my teammates resurrected me normally with soulgem. Then i noticed that scoreboard was all no points no kills death everything was on 0 , odd cuz there was some kills and deaths. So, bg ended everyone got ported away and yet, here i am, cant leave bg instance buged ? idk ... So my only chance to leave BG was to leave my grp , so i did but then i got stuck in infinite loading screen so i just killed the game with ALT F4. Arround 20h pased and i wanted to log on to the game ... surpirse my account is somehow STILL loged on so i cant acces my acount. My friends see me online on my friend list and yet when they write to me system says "Account Not Found" . So tldr my account is buged and i cant log in for more than a day already , losing tickets and stuff during event. Support ticket sent but for now they just copy paste me some stuff from support that wont even help, sometimes i feel like im chating with bots not actual dev agents. Please help @ZOS

✭✭✭✭✭Often the first response(s) to a support ticket are not very helpful... may be bot responses, not sure. Make sure you reply and let them know they have not solved the issue so that your ticket doesn't get closed.
You can also try posting your ticket number here, as the forum mods can check on its status for you and make sure it's in the right place.1 -

You can force your account to be logged out by logging in on another pc or switching mega server in the login screen and logging in I think. You'll have to wait a few mins after doing that but it will at least log you out.@Solar_Breeze
