honestly i really wish this set was changed to make it so it was an AOE blast and last for maybe 10 seconds with its 15 second cooldown. were that the case THAN this would be worth something but as it stands, unless you ganking or fighting just a single boss, this set as mediocre at best which is a real shame.

Vykosa has never been anything more than a niche build.

I wish they would restore monster sets to a place in this game where they were not necessarily OP, but strong. They have been replaced by mythics to the point it feels like 90% of them are useless.

As long as they introduce new dungeons and mythical artifacts old ones will not be recycled to good values and this is a fact

Yeah this set is awful after it was re-worked a few years ago.Compare to the spammable NB Fear that applies this effect in AOE with no cooldown.

At the VERY LEAST you should be able to maintain 100% Major Cowardice on a single boss with Vykosa. You are, after all, dedicating your entire monster set to it, which is, in itself, a huge opportunity cost from an itemization POV.
