    Quote from the announcement:
'Two Event Tickets from the first Cyrodiil or Battlegrounds daily quest
This includes Bounty Board quests, a Town Daily, the Conquest Board quests, or the daily Battlegrounds quest'

Question: Traditionally, Cyrodiil scouting missions have counted toward earning tickets but they are not on the above list. Do they count this year? :)

I don't think there were double coffers during MYM, only double tel var in satchel.
Double coffers were during guilds and glory event and similar event couple of years before that.

It still kinda sucks that we have to do both Cyro & IC quests for the full 3 event tickets. I mean, some people prefer IC, some Cyro and some BGs. Those are competently different types of PvP and all it does really is it creates unnecessary traffic.

It would be awesom if it would simply be 2 event tickets for 1st PvP related daily quest and 1 event for 2nd PvP related daily quest, regardless if those are Cyro, BGs or IC quests.

Ah thanks. I could have sworn the Retake the Capital event had double reward coffers in IC because I remember saving them and opening one a day for weeks to get the siege merits. But it was 2018 and that's a long time for my old brain 😅

I am glad we still have pvp events. After some of them got cancelled for no good reason.

Let's hope this year will bring an increased population cap, good performance and no new bugs. So everyone can enjoy the event. We have been very unlucky so many times, I really hope the company learned something from the past.

yeah, we could really use an answer on this @ZOS_Kevin, including the coffers in Rewards for the Worthy mails is by far the primary way people obtain the rewards from this event. They are 100% essential to the event.

Just as a follow-up here, I went back and looked at the PTS notes for Whitestrake's testing during 10.0.2 which is the version we should be getting, and Pelinal’s Boon Boxes were listed as coming from Rewards for the Worthy mails there, so this should be the case.

Before I start, I would like to make it clear that the following Question / Statement is Serious, not trolling or being flippant or Argumentative!!!

I already feel discriminated on the game, In the majority indirectly!!

As a Mix of Military Service / Work related Accident / BAD Surgeries not to mention just plain OLD AGE and the accumulated Effects, I now have basically one working Arm, and I am 80% Blind. So, typing this out is actually a BIG Effort on an enlarged 43” Monitor. Which will in explaining the situation itself encourage Trolling of me, which will not be acted upon by the mods, or this post will simply be deleted and I will get a warning for Breaching some term or condition, that in all honesty, I don’t Know because I cannot see them to read them!

In NO WAY am I against these events! They have a place in the larger aspects of the game, however for those of us with varying disabilities / Physical & Mental (PTSD), this type of event is Beyond our capabilities and resilience! We cannot compete with the 18 year old who has done nothing but play games, So to send us into Cyrodil to simply die and die and die taking a whole day to try and get a ticket is a little prejudicial. Yes, I understand that us older ones are going to die off and this is your future customer base, but us older ones are in the majority More faithful, willing to stick around through thick and thin, and hold more of than a short attention span with less likeliness to just Change games because it’s Too Hard.

I feel I Have to just Suffer through this, as last event was meant to be the Onyx Indrik , the only one I still need, but that did not transpire, so This is possibly the only chance I have for it! My Wife on the other hand LOVES This event and is looking forward to it! If she could, she would happily give me her tickets, (all be it for a house or costume or something from the Crown Store at as later date!) And YES I know that I can go into the crown store and BUY the tickets therefor getting me the mount without going in, Do you realise just HOW MUCH that is going to impact on a Disability Pension in the UK, and unlike the 18 year old, I still have a House / Utilities / food and Medical Treatments to pay for, which one has to go???

One day, there may be an alternative, but I honestly feel Forcing People, to either do without in real life, or to Mentally and/or physically suffer to actually enable them to gain or achieve something in the game is Prejudicial. Admittedly looking at it from the points of view of lots of people in this situation, and Not from a revenue Generating Business Decision or Outlook.

So, for those that Do Enjoy this event, please have fun! Enjoy it!
But please DO NOT FEEL ACOMPLISHED, when your fully fit & healthy self , all equipped in the PVP Armours and Skill points , manages to Kill a person not in PVP Gear, who cannot move out of your way, or cannot even see you to move out of your way! And if the person Keeps coming to try and get past, they may only want the daily, not the event!!!

I fully expect this post to be deleted, by the MODS, but unless people point these things out, that a few can see, again and again and again, then the Argument is that nothing is going to change, because ZOS know nothing about it!

@JimFord047 I’m sorry to hear of the difficulties you have to deal with! Regarding the event, you’ve probably seen the advice to complete quests in IC ahead of time to turn in, but I get the impression from your post that venturing into PvP at all is not a good option for you. If that is the case, I would recommend skipping it as the Onyx Indrik will still be available the next two events.

    Best wishes!

@JimFord047 It's a video game, nobody forces anyone to do anything. You play and then you get rewards. That's one reason why some people like to play games, instead of just buying stuff. If you want rewards without directly "earning" them on your own, you can team up with others and help each other out. On console you can even let someone else play your character via "share play". The terms of service say we should not share our account information with others, but i am sure that doesn't mean we can't let family members (like your wife) or friends play a little on our computer or console sometimes.

We all have problems that make our lifes harder. Life is unfair. Worrying about who is "better" (at playing video games) is just one more thing that can make us miserable. Dying in pvp is part of the game and it means nothing. If you can accept that, then pvp can be very entertaining and a lot of fun. Otherwise it's just going to be a lot of stress and disappointment. I personally don't let toxic whispers and rude behaviour from other players bring me down, you never know who is on the other side and what problems they have to deal with.

Tldr: If you don't want to participate in the event, you don't really have to, to get your event tickets. Do some easy daily quests now and finish them during the event. Or just do them on an empty campaign whenever you want. Try to avoid enemy players and don't fight back when they attack you. Most pvp players leave you alone when they realize you just want to do quests.

@JimFord047, have you tried doing a Scouting quest? They can actually be relaxing to do-- riding leisurely across Cyrodiil and enjoying the sites and ambient nature sounds (staying well away from any obvious locations of fighting on the map), or going into stealth (i.e., crouching) and working your way patiently along the sides of hills or rock formations toward your goal. If you stay off the main roads and avoid open areas where any players trying to quickly reach a fight are most likely to be riding, you should be safe from other players; and the wolves, lions, or spriggans are easily dealt with if you run into those.

But honestly, your quickest bet would probably be to go to Chorrol or Weynon Priory if you're in DC, to Cheydinhal if you're in EP, or to Vlastarus if you're in AD, since those are all reasonably close to each of the alliance bases. Vlastarus is a flag town, but is often under AD control. Bruma and Cropsford are also flag towns, which means there could be enemy players trying to capture the town, but it's definitely possible to interact with at least one questgiver in each of the flag towns even if they're in enemy hands-- Cropsford can be a bit of a challenge in that respect, followed by Vlastarus, whereas Bruma is easiest. And if one of the flag towns is controlled by your alliance, you might be able to travel there directly from your alliance base using the Transitus Shrines, making it possible to quickly and easily grab and complete a daily quest.

Also, check each of the campaigns to see which ones have the lowest populations, or which has the highest population for your alliance (without being pop-locked), and you'll be less likely to be troubled by enemy players. You can also queue into each of the campaigns to check the map to see which campaign has a flag town that's controlled by your alliance and easily reachable by the Transitus Network.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!

    Thanks for all the advice!

I normally go into cyrodil and do the Scouting Tuesday - Thursday and do the scouting, just for the scripts of late. lol as soon as I see a Person, log off.

My Wife Used to use my account all the time, at first letting her try it out to prove it was a good little game, then after i got her her own account, then she would use mine to transmute and test out armours - That cause nightmares when i Just came on and went... Healer set up as a DPS with no heals, NOT GOOD.... Then I introduced her to the PTS, and my account is now 99% mines again.

It was me who brought her into Cyrodil and Imperial City ran her through all of the bosses delves etc. Then She got into PVP, (Her and Deltia seem to have a thing about killing each other, Dunno)

As I said I have nothing against PVP, I appreciate that people love doing it! And I agree it has a place in the game. I just know My Physical limitations and all I can be in here is AP fodder! But it is just of late it seems that to complete things your being Forced in in this case for the only indrik I do not have , i Missed it last time, and I have been waiting a Long time , so .....

But also Scribing, with the exception of the first one in the scholarium, I have scribed NONE, on any of the 20 toons I play, simply because i am Still putting them through school and I want them all the same as i have always done, So Yes since then I am in here 3-5 days per week, its an unwanted grind!

But thank you all for the advice etc, its very appreciated !

Lol Still will not happen, But very appreciated !

in the Majority , I agree with all you said!

The game is important to me as I have so much time to waste ! about 19 hours per day, but its a way of keeping my mind occupied.

Nothing Is impossible! as long as you are prepared to learn, mostly from your mistakes! I joined the Navy as an Engineering officer, and hated it! I cannot stand Officers attitudes, and I was one! So I Joined the Army, worked my way up Branches Leaving as an SF Warrant Officer. During that Time I got degrees in Mechanical Engineering, then Production Engineering, then Micro-Electronics & Control systems , not to mention All the CISCO / Microsoft / Novel / 3Com bits to mention SOME, All then time picking up things that was just another thing to overcome - Even 2 Divorces , has advantages! if you look the correct way = for me it was getting chatted up by a girl 30 Years Younger than me! and we are still together 11 years later!

But Cheats / Exploiters , are things in REAL LIFE, I always dealt with Quickly and Severely with, as a Soldier or as a manager , It only makes things for others around them harder or impossible, In Games they are Everywhere, and Should be kicked off but they are not, so things like PVP where its just going to be a no win EVER, unless you use the same Cheats, which hurts other around you, Vicious circle! it makes PVP not worth the effort in any case !!!!

Last event - I Am in with the wife and 2 friends, there was a BLUE team player on the bridge getting hit by 20 YELLOW players, His life did not move, and all 20 Died! People were getting killed by dragon Knight, Necro, templar effects, yet there was the only 1 person in Blue! Where is the Fun / Enjoyment / achievement in that????

For me, everything has to have and End Point, no matter how hard it is to get there, its there! (lmao coming up for me is Cremation or burial, lol, possibly not good choices, but its still THE End point, call the grave Stone an ultimate achievement!) So my little Electron Toon's are just that Electrons, they produce hours of Fun, But even then, it should not wipe out your whole lives principals !

Yes there is enough in the game that you can play without Scribing , without PVP , as a Team or Alone , its so diverse and full of choices.... So ZOS making you do something, is unfair! if we have options they have a lot more!

But once More, if this is your "JAM", please enjoy it!

Hi folks, we have some answers for you on questions asked. If any were missed, please just flag it and we can go back and ask relevant parties on the dev team. Thanks!
Question: Traditionally, Cyrodiil scouting missions have counted toward earning tickets but they are not on the above list. Do they count this year? :)
    • Yes, they do.
And: Pelinal’s Boxes were also earned when receiving the regular Rewards for the Worthy containers. This year too?
    • This year as well, yes.
Are there any style pages dropping from bosses in Imperial City this year? I might just try to find out.
    • Yes, style pages will drop from bosses in IC. You'll have a chance to get style pages to drop for either/both of the Sancre Tor Sentry or Dovah's Du'ul outfit styles.

Hi Kevin! There is no mention in the event announcement page of the Fighters Guild Bounty Hunter daily quests in Cyrodiil. Will those be dropping Boon Boxes as well?

One thing I am pleased about is that the chance to get full motif books will be greatly increased!

"Chapter of your Alliance's armor motif

There is a small chance that the full book may drop instead of a single chapter"

"Chapter for the Akaviri armor motif

There is a small chance that the full book may drop instead of a single chapter"

    compared to:

"Very small chance to receive an unbound, tradeable Ayleid Lich Armor Style Page"

Just as an FYI for those who aren't aware, the Bounty Hunter daily objectives are shared with some of the town quests, meaning that you can kill two birds with one stone and do them both at the same time. For example, Sebazi in the AD base tavern will ask you to kill 10 Rock Bone goblins, while Nelerien in Vlastrus wants you to kill 8. Go to the goblin camp, and do both quests at the same time. They also both want you to kill Shadowed Path necromancers, Black Dagger bandits, etcetera... so double them up. And you can do multiple "dailies" per day. The only caveat is that you have to have Fighters Guild leveled to rank 9 and spend one skill point to be offered the quests at the base.

In that respect, if you're lucky you can kill three birds with one stone-- in particular, if you get the Fighters Guild bounty quest to kill Black Daggers, plus the Chorrol quest to kill Black Daggers, plus the Weynon Priory quest to either recover the Claw of Akatosh or poison the Black Daggers' food supply. The Chorrol quest will point you toward the Black Daggers in Hackdirt, but you can also complete the quest by killing Black Daggers in the areas where you have to poison the food or recover the Claw of Akatosh-- which are close by each other, so between those two locations you can easily kill ten or more Black Daggers.

Hi Kevin! There is no mention in the event announcement page of the Fighters Guild Bounty Hunter daily quests in Cyrodiil. Will those be dropping Boon Boxes as well?

Heard back early! The Fighters Guild Bounty Hunter daily quests in Cyrodiil will drop Boon Boxes.

    Thank you, sir!

The flaw in this is that you have to keep one hanging around many times. It would be MUCH BETTER if we could pick which of their quests to do and the order. I have tried abandoning them, but I always get the same one again.

The new style page is just a "chance" correct, and not a one per day on cooldown? Only because i got one page from the intro quest boon box and that is it despite opening several boxes a day since.

Not sweating it, I have tickets to burn but I was curious. My RNG is apparently in the sub-basement. 😅
