Blastbones not exploding is inexcusable without the damage scaling from Stalking.

It's inexcusable to have an ability that sometimes just doesn't work. Add the Stalking buff back to Blighted, even if it's at a reduced value.
Losing out on DPS simply because the game decided your Blastbones didn't want to path right away is ridiculous. At least with the Stalking scaling, you were making up for the DPS loss when Blastbones wigged out.
Now that there's no time based scaling, when Blastbones wigs out, you simply lose damage. Because screw you, you decided to play a class with abilities that don't function consistently.
